Beauty tips

Looking good isn't just about the clothes. We all know that if you don't have the right hair and makeup to flatter your face and skin, you won't look put together no matter how trendy your clothes are.

However, if you're working 40 hours a week, you might just not have a lot of time to put into 'beautifying' yourself. So here are some quick and easy tips that take less than 5 minutes daily or 10 minutes weekly.

10 Minute Nails:
Having clean and pretty nails is important for a fresh look. File them every other day to keep the ends trim and prevent tearing or scratching. Once a week put on a fresh coat of polish for a clean and refined look. Remember that red is always a winner.

5 Minute Makeup:
I wear make up every day and it never takes me more than 5 minutes. I wash my face and then rub in some tinted sunscreen. I follow that up with a dab of concealer where necessary and then brush on some mineral powder. A quick blush on each cheek, a dab of black mascara and some lip gloss and I'm good to go. Of course, if you don't mind adding more time, eye shadow and liner never hurt.

5 Minute Hair:
This really depends on the hair cut. Talk with your stylist to pick the appropriate cut for your hair. But know that any gal can find a hairstyle that requires low maintenance. With the right hair cream, you can say no to blow drying forever.
